How do I start the process of getting into SIL home?
This can be a lengthy process, please contact our Accommodation Services team here to organise a meeting or to discuss further.
Can I see photos or videos of your SIL houses?

Can I suggest a Supported Getaway that suits me?
Absolutely, our Accommodation Services team would love to talk to you to discuss and tailor a Supported Getaway that suits your goals and support needs.
What areas do Holistic Horizons Service?
We currently service the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane North, and Moreton Bay areas, with our office located on the Redcliffe Peninsula.
Would Holistic Horizons consider supporting me in a new area?
We are happy to discuss this with you, we can assess our team of support workers who live locally to you.
What’s different about Holistic Horizons Support Services?
As a family owned and operated business, we focus on being responsive to the needs of our clients. We are very person-centred, our clients are at the centre of our business, and we aim to support each individual to achieve their full potential. We value family input, and pride ourselves on our clear and open communication.
How do I apply to be a participant of Holistic Horizons?
As an NDIS registered service, we welcome participants who are registered with the NDIS scheme. We also offer fee for service—just give us a call on (07) 3048 1919 to discuss this in detail.
Can I be a participant of Holistic Horizons but also use another service as well?
Yes, of course
Where do I find Allied Health Services if I need them?
We recommend that speak to your support coordinator or GP.
When can I access support?
We understand that for some the 9-5 operating hours don’t always suit, so our dedicated team is available 24/7 to support you. Evenings, weekends, no problem! At Holistic Horizons, we pride ourselves on our communication with both clients and families and we will always go the extra mile to make sure you feel valued. Our compassionate and experienced carers are here to help you do life your way!
How do I apply for a job with Holistic Horizons?
You can apply through our careers tab on our website, here.
How do I apply for NDIS?
- You can apply for the NDIS by completing an Access Request Form. You can download the access request form here.
- Alternatively you can call or email the NDIS and ask them to send you the forms, or
- You can collect a form from your LAC (Local Area Coordinator), early childhood planner or NDIA office
What if I am having trouble with my NDIS application, can someone help me?
Yes, we have a team of Support Coordinators who are able to assist you.

How can I access your services?
As an NDIS registered service, we welcome participants who are registered with the NDIS scheme. We also offer fee for service—just give us a call to discuss this in detail!
What services do you provide?
Services we currently offer include community access, personal care, domestic assistance, short-term respite accommodation, medium-term accommodation, and supported independent living. Our properties offer a quiet, relaxed atmosphere with modern facilities. There are games rooms available at many of our locations, as well as internet and Netflix. We offer individual support, and also support in small groups of up to three people.
What types of disability do you support?
As an NDIS provider, we are able to support people with all kinds of care needs including complex needs, sensory loss, developmental or acquired disability, and mental health concerns. Talk to us about your needs today, and we will work with you to determine the support that will meet your needs.
What sort of activities do you offer?
Our clients enjoy a wide range of activities which help them to make the most of recreation time, and also become involved in their community. The possibilities are endless! We can take you to all your appointments, take you out for activities such as horse-riding, sailing, bowling, and swimming, meet new people and form friendships, volunteer in your community, visit theme parks, and much more. If a client wants to do an activity we haven’t done before, we’re very happy to accommodate them if at all possible. We also support participants to become as independent as possible and teach life skills at every opportunity.
How do I find your events?
What if I want a job?
We support people seeking employment by providing a support worker to help them transition to the workplace until they are ready to go solo. We can also provide assistance with finding a job that is meaningful and fulfilling by helping you connect with volunteering, employment services, and opportunities in your local community.
